Founded in 2013, Luke Morgan created ZEN Anatomy Sports Therapy after a teenage motocross injury stopped him from achieving his dream of becoming a professional motocross athlete.
Recognising that thousands of athletes dreams are ended early through injury every year, Luke decided that something needed to be built for people like him, people that wanted a second chance at doing what they love most but didn't quite know how.
Somewhere to go for guidance, treatment and support, and somewhere to help them return to full fitness.
After starting his journey at the University of Bedfordshire in 2011 on the Sports Therapy BSc Programme, Luke has since worked with sports teams including MK Dons Football Club, Ampthill RFC, CB Hounslow Football Club, and he regularly consults for professional Motorsport, Watersport and endurance sport athletes.
Luke's deep understanding of sports performance derives from a competitive background of 17 years of racing Motocross, topped with an MSc degree in sports performance. He has been on both sides of competitive sport- Competing against, and working with world-class athletes.
The philosophy of ZEN Anatomy is 'Zero Excuses Needed'- In order to progress in life, you must let go of any excuses that hold you back and take action.
We do this by providing a personal level of care that is found in professional sport with hands-on sports therapy, rehabilitation and sports performance services to our clients.
