Personal Items:

ZEN Anatomy Sports Therapy is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items brought into the clinic. 

Physical Risk:

While receiving sports therapy treatment, there is a small inherent risk of physical harm, including increased blood pressure, stroke, heart attack, or, in extreme cases, the risk of death. ZEN Anatomy assumes no responsibility for any adverse effects that may occur during or after treatment. 

GDPR Compliance:

ZEN Anatomy complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Patient information is securely stored and maintained for a period of 8 years, as required by law, to ensure the highest standards of privacy and data protection. There may be some circumstances in which your personal and medical information will need to be shared with third parties for example, but not limited to, your GP, MRI centres, your insurance company. If this is the case your clinician will inform you.  

Privacy and Undress:

For certain conditions or body parts, a certain level of undress may be required for assessment and treatment. Your sports therapist will discuss this with you and ensure that you are comfortable. If requested, your sports therapist will step out of the room to provide privacy and maintain your dignity at all times. 

Chaperone Option:

At any point during your treatment, if you would like a chaperone present, please do not hesitate to ask. We are committed to ensuring your comfort and safety during your physiotherapy sessions. 

Cancellation policy:

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you decide to change or cancel your appointment within 24hours of the scheduled appointment time, and we are unable to fill the appointment in time, you will be liable for the full payment of the scheduled session.
